First off I would like to say I hope all of you are having a successful deer season thus far. A lot of big deer have been taken and I'm sure a bunch more have only limited time.
Here is an update of what Team Haastyle has been up to:
September:
Well September had our team pumped for the start of Wisconsin's Archery Season. We seen a lot of potential shooters for the upcoming years but no one on our team could connect on one the big boys on our hit list. However, our co-host Seth Gade put the smackdown on two does to help fill the freezer!

Well September had our team pumped for the start of Wisconsin's Archery Season. We seen a lot of potential shooters for the upcoming years but no one on our team could connect on one the big boys on our hit list. However, our co-host Seth Gade put the smackdown on two does to help fill the freezer!
October:
After laying to does to rest, Seth continued his roll on out to Wyoming where he had a Pronghorn tag. Along with his .243 rifle Seth made the stalk on these speedy lil' guys and after a couple ups and downs he got into range of an incredible pronghorn (pictured below). With 30mph winds and a incredible range of 400 yards...Seth whacked n stacked his first speed goat!!!!

While Seth was busy smacking his goat, I was down in the great state of Iowa with our special guest for the season, Justin Fuchs. Even though the rut wasnt going on yet, we had to get down to hopefully get Justin an incredible Whitetail buck on opening weekend of the Iowa Archery Season. However, whacking and stacking a big ol' whitetail wasnt in the cards for us that weekend. We seen some awesome bucks but none were quite in the class that Justin wanted. But we have already planned our next trip down there which is only a short two weeks away and by then the bucks should be running around like crazy. We cant wait to see what destiny has waiting for us.
As for our Wisconsin hunting...it has been slow in the month of October. Seth, Joe, and myself have all seen shooter bucks but with no luck shooting them. I even had an encounter with a mongo eight point back that was named "Santana". I had him at 30 yards with no clean shot. However, it was great seeing this great 8 again and knowing he is still alive and running is a relief to me. We cant wait to get into the peak of the rut and whack ourselves some of these big boys.
